I started out just a mom making litte handheld heart and teddybear cakes for my daughter's early headstart class; after  taking a cake decorating class at the local community college.  The kids ate the cakes but so did their parents.  The rest... history. 

Upon learning that I had a true talent for decorating and of course, making great tasting cakes; I decided that I wouldn't keep my talents limited to my daughter's class but I would share it with others.
